I agree to pay $30.00 per man-hour, as follows:

| $ 30.00 per hour for each additional man _____________________________________________________ |

* There will be no trip charge within Tucson city limits. |

* The labor fee will be pro-rated in 15-minute increments, to be rounded-up to the nearest quarter hour. |
* These rates include labor only.
* A 26' moving truck with blankets and fuel can be provided for a flat fee of $ ____________________________________
I understand that although great caution and care will be taken with each item moved, A ABLE MOVERS will not be held responsible for damage to any household goods and/ or furnishings made from particle board or press board, or made in China. A ABLE MOVERS' responsibility for damage will not exceed one dollar per pound. A ABLE MOVERS' responsibility will not exceed the total cost of labor for this job. |
